  Very disappointing service. Breanna and Alex have a bad attitude. It was considerably busy and Breanna kept staying in the back, not helping much. Alex is very slow when serving and isn’t helpful. 45 minutes of my life wasted at Cold Stone. I will be notifying the corporate office about my visit today and previous visit, with the same outcome. It’s very sad that our Homewood Cold Stone is ran so poorly. Hopefully corporate can step in and help change that.
