  I would give this company - if possible . They have no contracted amount so no one will accept their bogus eligible expenses ( no formula or set amount of coverage and they cannot tell you how much they will cover for anything ) , so I can't even get any doctors to see me to complete breast reconstruction from having cancer double mx chemo and radiation last year . None of my oncologists or previous surgeons/ doctors accept their amounts so I can't be seen for testing or follow ups . Currently in disputes for thousands in claims and it takes them 4-6 months to process anything . Workplace has already stated they will be switching companies next year . Hospital told me we would have been better off uninsured !
