  2 weeks ago I had a regular manicure. One nail was cracked so I had them put gel on it. I left satisfied (though my tech did not speak a word of English). Today I returned for another manicure.
  Same tech. No English. I questioned someone who speaks English about keeping the gel on the cracked nail. She says we will leave it on until next time when the nail will be more grown out. Ok. Proceed with manicure. Wait! I need someone who speaks English again as tech is removing the gel. No, there is still some there. Ok. Finish manicure. Home. Later in the evening, my nail that is supposed to still have gel on it is cracked in the same spot. I went back the next day and Linda, the owner, fixed it for me.
